What issue will I receive if I order today?
(For a sure answer, Please use 1st # field when creating new subscription to determine which issue they will be receiving first. This field will be shown on IP site while entering new subscription information. This screen is after you click add new subscription. Please use info screen "Issue Listing" to convert issue # into month.
For Example if an order is placed by:
*August 15th should receive October issue
*September 15th should receive November issue
(Start takes approximately 6 weeks from the time the payments are applied.)
Agents are NOT to force new subscriptions or late renewals to begin with the current issue.
DO NOT write up a Escalation Form requesting this.
The subscription will start with the current cycle as described above. If the caller must have the current issue, refer them to a bookstore in their area.
When you create a new subscription or renew a lapsed subscription, you are NOT to offer or suggest to the subscriber to call for a complimentary issue to get their first issue earlier than when the subscription should actually start.
IF the subscriber insists about getting an issues prior to the start of the new or renewed lapsed subscription, the agent may do a resend and then minus 1 (-1) from the end of their new or renewed lapsed subscription and advise the subscriber of the adjusted start and end dates for customer satisfaction.
