Magnificat reorganized operations in Canada for the French édition recently.
From now on Canada will NOT handle new or renewal French édition subscriptions when the subscriber lives in the US. Canada will only handle local Canadian subscriptions from now on.
Renewing French édition, LIVES IN US:
Any request by or for a resident of the USA who wants the French édition, can either
• Send payment to the Yonkers office for their subscription, $52 USD/year (we do this as a courtesy so they do not have pay in Euros) Magnificat French, P O BOX 822, Yonkers NY 10702
OR
• Renew directly on the French website and pay in Euros
• French édition subscribers are in the French database and we do not have access to look them up or note their account.
• Upon receipt of payment for a new or renewal subscription in the Yonkers office, France is informed to update their subscriber record.
If a US subscriber has a customer service concern about their French issue,please provide them with the information below. DO NOT ESCALATE THROUGH THE PORTAL. If they do not have e-mail or get irate, take their contact information and their subscriber # (if they know it) and escalate it to Gail via e-mail. Let the subscriber know we will forward it to France, on their behalf, to assist them.

Renewing French édition, LIVES IN CANADA:
If a subscriber lives in Canada and is renewing the French édition, we cannot do that for them here in the US, Canadian Operations can. Provide the caller with the following:
