**BCR stands for Book Club of the Rockies and is just another name for the Colorado office.**
• All calls regarding the status of orders for plastic covers, semi-leather covers, brown or black leather covers, Praying with St Paul, The Wonders of Lourdes, Benedictus, or any other items handled by BCR should be referred to BCR directly • Do not write these items up for resends or enter resends into the system
• Do not offer any shipment info
• Any complaints or requests for free replacements of these items should be referred to BCR.
• Do not write up an Escalation Form
